1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luckph ("luckph," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the luckph website located at luckph.app, including all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content made available through the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the luckph platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of luckph following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

These Terms should be read together with luckph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and luckph.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and maintain an active account on luckph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under PAGCOR's online gaming regulations applicable in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing luckph is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by luckph or any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous luckph account that was suspended, closed for cause, or subject to any restriction imposed by luckph.

luckph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by luckph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Where luckph has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, luckph will immediately suspend the account, freeze any associated balance, and conduct an investigation. If the Player is found to be underage, all funds including deposits and winnings will be forfeited and the account permanently closed. luckph may also report the matter to the relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on luckph at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. luckph is not responsible for losses or complications arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. luckph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to notify luckph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. luckph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you report unauthorized access in writing to luckph support.

• Use a strong, unique password for your luckph account that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not access your luckph account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by luckph.

luckph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. Acceptable identification documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as the PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, UMID card, PRC ID, voter's ID, or driver's license. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on luckph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). luckph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by luckph; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges, for which luckph bears no responsibility.

luckph accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

The minimum deposit amount on luckph is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change at luckph's discretion.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension. luckph reserves the right to require verification that the payment method belongs to you before processing any deposit or withdrawal.

luckph employs encryption and secure payment protocols to protect all financial transactions. However, luckph is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems, telecommunications outages, or third-party payment processing errors beyond our control.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your luckph account. luckph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting the required identity documents. luckph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process, including for subsequent withdrawals, in the event of unusual account activity.

Processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

• GCash & PayMaya: Typically 15–30 minutes after approval, subject to e-wallet system availability.
• Bank Transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): Typically 1–3 business days, subject to interbank processing timelines.

luckph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, regulatory compliance review, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity. In such cases, luckph will notify you of the delay and the documentation required to resolve it.

Any withdrawal of bonus winnings is subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus having been fully met. Attempts to withdraw funds that include bonus amounts not yet eligible for withdrawal will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

luckph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all luckph promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and meet the eligibility criteria of the specific promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• luckph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• luckph reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion and reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings where abuse, fraud, or manipulation is detected.
• Bonuses credited to your account do not constitute real-money funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Players who have opted out of receiving marketing communications will not receive bonus notifications by email or SMS, but may still access available promotions through the luckph promotions page.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on luckph are operated by licensed game providers including but not limited to Jili Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Spadegaming. Each game is governed by its own rules and paytable information, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

luckph uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers over live video streams and are subject to the rules of the respective game variant in play.

The following gameplay rules apply across the luckph platform:

• All bets placed on luckph are final once confirmed. luckph will not reverse a bet placed in error by a player.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts gameplay, luckph will investigate the incident. Where the outcome of a round cannot be reliably determined, the round may be voided and any wager returned.
• luckph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or system fault on the part of luckph or its game providers.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round. These are displayed within each game interface.
• Winnings from games are credited to your luckph account balance upon settlement of the game round. Settlement times vary by game type and provider.

For sports betting, odds are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. luckph reserves the right to suspend betting markets, correct obvious pricing errors, and void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds. Settlement of sports bets is conducted in accordance with the rules specific to each sport and market, which are available on the luckph sports betting section.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luckph. You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Register more than one account or assist any other person in doing so.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Use another person's identity, payment account, or funds to register or play on luckph.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate outcomes on luckph.
• Exploit any software bug, system error, or technical vulnerability in the luckph platform or any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engage in collusion with other players, game providers, employees of luckph, or any other party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engage in any form of money laundering, including using luckph as a vehicle to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the luckph platform or its underlying technology.
• Use the luckph platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse luckph staff, support agents, or other players.
• Share, sell, or transfer your luckph account or account credentials to any third party.

luckph employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts periodic manual reviews of account activity. Players flagged by these systems may be required to undergo additional verification before gameplay or withdrawals are permitted to resume.

9. Responsible Gaming

luckph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information needed to maintain control over their gaming activity. Gaming on luckph is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

luckph provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available free of charge from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your luckph account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 1 to 30 days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the luckph platform — including but not limited to the luckph name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the property of luckph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

luckph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luckph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any luckph content.
• Modify or create derivative works based on luckph content.
• Use any luckph trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the luckph website on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of luckph's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law. luckph reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of such infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckph's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the luckph platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your luckph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckph shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or expected savings.
• Loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the luckph platform.
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

luckph makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luckph reserves the right to suspend the platform at any time for maintenance or upgrades with or without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luckph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Termination of Account

By the Player: You may close your luckph account at any time by contacting luckph customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Upon account closure, any pending bonus amounts and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

By luckph: luckph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• luckph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You are found to have been self-excluded or subject to a restriction that prohibits your use of luckph.
• luckph is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Continuation of your account would expose luckph to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where luckph closes an account under legitimate circumstances not related to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you via the payment method on file following completion of any required verification. Where closure is due to breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, luckph reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

luckph operates within the online gaming regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints that cannot be resolved directly with luckph may be escalated to the appropriate PAGCOR channel in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

For disputes between you and luckph, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through luckph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a detailed description of the dispute. luckph will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours during operating hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through luckph's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution. You waive any right to bring claims in any other jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

luckph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, luckph will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the luckph platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the luckph platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the luckph platform and close your account as described in Section 12 above.
